In 2015, Nicole, a Maryland native, moved to the Lone Star State, and the rest is history! Since then, she’s developed a newfound love for Texas brisket. When she’s not savoring the delights of barbecue, you’ll likely find Nicole unwinding in nature, marveling at God’s beautiful creations. To capture her heart, all it takes is a peace offering—strawberry cake, to be precise! Nicole lives by the mantra, “Leadership is action, not position.”
