Angelica was born and raised in New Mexico and enjoys the local food with her family often. When she’s not in the kitchen or sitting around the table, she likes to take walks outside at the park, in the mountains, or strolling at a local festival. Her 3 children keep her busy with their activities. She prides herself on bringing up her children with strong values in their faith and has recently gotten back into a regular workout routine, which really helps with stress relief.
